Our devoted service manager, Garrett, oversees the customer's service experience from beginning to end. As a technician himself, he uses his extensive knowledge to help customers understand what needs to be done to their vehicle. He coordinates schedules so repairs can be done as quickly as possible. He is also an expert at locating quality parts at a great price which means we can pass those savings on to our customers.
Our highly qualified technicians utilize their automotive expertise and years of collective knowledge every time a vehicle enters our shop. Whether they will be performing an oil change, checking brakes or replacing an engine, they are dedicated to ensuring each customer leaves happy with a properly diagnosed, repaired and maintained vehicle.
Dennis is a talented and loyal technician who has invested 40 years of his life in the automotive industry. We are extremely grateful that he chose to spend so many of those years here at Advanced Service Auto Repair. In fact, because he worked for the previous owner, he's worked at this shop longer than any of us.
Although Dennis didn't set out to become an auto mechanic, he certainly found a career that utilizes his strengths in problem solving and fabrication. Dennis' favortie part of the job is hearing how appreciative customers are after he has repaired their vehicles.
In his spare time, Dennis enjoys hunting, camping and riding his Harleys and ATVs with Connie, his beautiful wife of 35 years. He also spends a great deal of time outdoors with his daughter, Jessie, and his two energetic grandsons, ages 8 & 5. Dennis' favorite vehicle is Harley Davidson. It doesn't matter if the Harley is new or old, he enjoys every minute he spends riding with family & friends.

Early in 2006, Bob and Julie McMann opened Advanced Service Automotive Repair, Inc. with a dedication to providing top quality, honest automotive repair service at a fair price.
Bob McMann has over 25 years experience in the automotive industry. He spent many years at BMW dealerships and repair shops in a variety of roles from technician to shop manager. Julie McMann earned her MBA in 1991 and handles all the marketing and financial aspects of the business.
